Flexa presented part of its product roadmap to Ivy Tech, which included the development of its first mobile application for both iOS and Android. Flexa had neither an existing mobile development team, nor any internal prior experience in this specialised area. To make matters even more challenging, the highly competitive US job market made it improbable to secure local talent within the client’s preferred time frame.
